I thought it would be a good idea to start writing day by day.
Today I had a XC (Cross Country) race. We have the hardest race course in the State with lots of hills and fields. I ran 32:22 which, for me, is pretty good. The funny thing is that people are sooo encouraging. You always say 'good job' when you pass someone. Even if he's walking. And on the end everybody is complaining about their time (which is almost always way faster than mine) and when they hear my time, it's like: 'Wauw! Good job! That's awesome!' Which is really sweet.
After the race we went out for dinner with my Young Womens group from the lds church. We had pasta, focaccio and salad. Omnomnomnom ^^

Today I auditioned for the school musical. We had to sing a 32 measures up beat musical song. I wanted to sing supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. But I was afraid that I would mess up the lyrics because of the nerves. So I sang the easiest song ever: Do Re Mi from the Sound of Music. Aaanndd... I forgot half of the song. I stood there with all those people staring at me and I was like: Smile and wave boys, smile and wave.

I got callback!! Woooeww soo happy! Second audition!
I had to sing and dance for three hours. I had a great time! After that I went to MacDonalds for a drink with Jake and then two other people (I forgot their names) came to sit with us. At half past six the drama teacher hang up the roles list. I got in! Not a very big role, but still ^^

Four o'clock, what a horrible time to get up... Luckily I could sleep on in the bus. Today we went to American Fork, a High School 3 hours away, to race. It was the funnest race course so far. Everywhere were haybaels were people tripped over. The cheer spirit was awesome! We were by far the biggest team (three busses). By the end of the day, after a lovely subway lunch, my throat was terribly sore.

Labor day. No one knows what we celebrate, but I didn't had to go to school. We went to a farm to pick tomatoes. Our car got stuck in the mud, so we had to push it out, which turned Aspen in a mud monster.
An hour later our car was packed with tomatoes and we could go home so Melissa could get desperate, because she has to turn it all into sauce.
In case you didn't notice, you can comment on this blog. Which will make me very happy ^^
